Certified Reflexologist Health Practitioner
What is Reflexology
Reflexology is based on the principle that there are zones and reflex points in the feet, hands, and ears that correspond to all body parts. By applying specific pressure to these reflex points the treatment of reflexology can:
- relieve tension and stress
- improve circulation
- release toxins
- induce relaxation
- promote homeostasis
This course will provide students with the knowledge of reflex points, reflex zones, basic anatomy and physiology, treatment, protocol and client care. The course is four (4) days in length and requires thirty (30) practical case studies that must be completed within a six month period. Also, a final exam based on theory must be successfully completed. This course is accepted and recognized by the Canadian Examining Board of Health Practitioners.
Certified Reflexologist Health Practitioner (C.R.H.P.) – designation upon application to the Canadian Examining Board of Health.
